The contents of the twelfth lock were written before genesis, hashed, and the hash placed in the state account. The plaintext is held nowhere on chain. If the other eleven doors open and the final condition is met, the plaintext is published and anyone can verify it against the genesis hash. Until then there is nothing to read here, and that is the point.
